❌ No Returns Accepted
Asset Aircon does not accept returns for any products once purchased. All sales are final and non-returnable.
We do not accept returns for the following reasons (including but not limited to):
- Change of mind
- Wrong model purchased
- Incorrect size or capacity selection
- Preference-related concerns
- Installed or uninstalled units
Please ensure all details are correct before completing your purchase.

Although we do not offer returns, all products sold by Asset Aircon include:
- Manufacturer Warranty (defects covered according to manufacturer terms)
- Service Warranty (if included in your package)
Warranty services may cover repair or replacement of defective parts based on the manufacturer’s assessment. All warranty claims must follow the manufacturer’s guidelines.
Important: Warranty does not serve as a return or refund replacement.
